A leading facility management company in North Carolina is seeking a skilled HVAC/R technician. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the HVAC/R field, possessing a CFC Universal Certification. Responsibilities include performing various mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration service tasks, as well as responding to emergency calls during off-hours. The position requires physical capability for maintenance tasks and teamwork commitment.
