Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Tower Technician located in Mooresville, NC. The Tower Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless communication towers and equipment. Day‑to‑day tasks include climbing towers, using hand tools, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal operation. Additionally, adherence to safety protocols, collaboration with team members, and effective communication are critical aspects of the role.
Qualifications- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to tower installation and maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with maintenance and repair processes
- Knowledge of wireless networking and telecommunications systems
- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and reporting
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor at heights
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations for tower work
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in related fields are a plus
- Previous experience in telecommunications or similar industries is an advantage
