Chad Love Services is looking for enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Field Service Technicians. This is an exciting full-time opportunity!

No previous residential HVAC experience is necessary for this position, but it sure doesn't hurt! We are hiring for attitude and training for skill. When you join our team, you go through a paid technical training program in our training center and lab in Concord, NC. Hurry and apply now we are conducting Zoom/Google Hangout interviews! Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major traffic incidents
• Able to pass a drug and background check

Job Type:

• Full-time

Salary:

• $40k-$100K. Depends on skills, qualifications, and being a cultural fit

Additional Compensation:

• Performance Commission
• Bonuses

Pay Frequency:

• Weekly - EVERY FRIDAY!

Education:

• High school or equivalent

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive Top Performance by completing routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers and compressors
• Maintain existing client relationships by Giving Remarkable Service with strong communication and customer service skills
• Be Kind and Encouraging by educating clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
• Complete all tasks in accordance with Chad Love Service quality and safety standards and Honor Our Commitments
• Update job knowledge by Being a Life-Long Student and participating in educational opportunities

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet climates depending on the weather
• Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site
• Physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
