Construction Trades Assistant

VA / NC (Floating)

Kotarides Companies is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Construction Trades Assistant for our rapidly growing company. Kotarides takes pride in managing a portfolio of over 4,500 apartments with exceptional customer service. • Willing to learn the principles, methods, tools, and equipment used in the construction trades.
• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling experience
• Rough/finish carpentry and cabinet installation
• Drywall finishing /repair and interior/exterior paint
• Basic Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC
• Work with blueprints or instructions from Supervisors
• Knowledge of arithmetic, basic geometry, and their applications to construction trades.
• Attention to detail, quality and cleanliness.
• Ability to work at elevated heights.
• Must be able to travel within Virginia and North Carolina

• Previous Trades or Construction experience a plus.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
