- Concord, NC Sedona Waterproofing Solutions is growing and looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team. We specialize in waterproofing, drainage, crawlspace repair, and foundation solutions throughout the Charlotte area. We are looking for candidates with solid construction or labor experience who are ready to work hard, learn, and grow with a company that values quality and teamwork. Waterproofing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Position Details:
• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• 40+ hours per week
• Pay: $15-$25 per hour based on experience Responsibilities:
• Install waterproofing systems and drainage solutions
• Prepare job sites and assist with project setup
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Load/unload materials and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work closely with crew members and supervisors
• Follow all company safety procedures Requirements:
• Construction or labor experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Dependable and motivated attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to work well with a team
