Job Type: Full‑time (overtime available)
Key Responsibilities- Perform system start‑ups according to project plans, specifications, and contract requirements
- Analyze building control and HVAC system performance
- Maintain accurate documentation, drawings, and field notes
- Provide engineering support for projects as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and component issues
- Commission HVAC and control systems, including DDC components
- Train clients and colleagues on control systems
- Build and wire control panels as required
- Assist the Service Department with troubleshooting calls
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
- Knowledge of DDC control theory and applications
- Experience with HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and electronics
- Familiarity with computer programming, hardware, and software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
- 2+ years of hands‑on field experience (technical degree preferred but not required)
- Solid understanding of HVAC and/or mechanical systems
- Proficient mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience are welcome
