Low Voltage Technician Charlotte, NC

Join Next Level Technician as a Low Voltage Technician in Charlotte, NC! Earn $20-$30/hr, enjoy weekly pay, benefits, and steady work with a national leader in low voltage staffing.

• Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6 cabling
• Test installed cabling using Fluke or similar testers
• Punch down voice and data jacks and terminate patch panels
• Install racks, cabinets, patch panels, cable trays, ladder rack, MDF/IDF rooms, and telecom spaces
• Work safely on ladders and lifts (comfortable with heights)
• Read and interpret blueprints, system layouts, and installation drawings
• Install and support access control, CCTV, audio visual, and fiber optic systems
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

• 2+ years of commercial or industrial low voltage experience
• Experience with structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems preferred
• Working knowledge of telecom and data networks
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Experience with fiber optic installation and termination
• BICSI certification a plus
• OSHA, lift, or scissor lift certifications
• Experience working in commercial buildings, warehouses, hospitals, or industrial sites
