Field Service Technician

• Provide customer service and technical support to customers at their sites
• Maintain a region of assigned accounts
• Perform preventative maintenance on level control systems, PLCs, pneumatic pumps, motors, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and pneumatic circuits
• Respond to customer issues by phone or through service trips
• Maintain product inventory at customer sites

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of five years of experience in technical service required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical and pneumatic systems
• Experience with preventative maintenance of industrial equipment, including PLCs, pumps, motors, and control systems preferred
• Valid driver’s license required with good driving record

Demonstrates expertise in providing customer service and technical support, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of industrial equipment such as PLCs, pumps, and motors. Possesses effective communication skills and a valid driver's license for service trips.
