STONERIVER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep apartment units and property facilities in good working order at our Concord, NC location. You will perform repairs, painting, landscape duties, and prep units for rent while following a preventive maintenance schedule.
The role requires HVAC certification, EPA Type II or Universal, a valid driver’s license, and residence within 30 miles. You will work with residents and vendors, and participate in on-call rotations.
