** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations.
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
* Inspect, adjust, and repair production machinery and mechanical systems.
* Collaborate with plant operations to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency.
* Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment safely and effectively.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
* Commitment to safe work practices and contributing to a strong safety culture.
* Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency using basic tools, equipment, and maintenance technologies.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $21.00 to $30.80 per hour
