Main Street Renewal is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to respond to and repair property issues across our metro-area market. You will manage work orders, coordinate with residents, and perform a range of repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a HS Diploma or GED, and valid driver's license. Travel to multiple properties will be required, with a focus on ensuring timely, quality service for our residents.
