Inotivco is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to support RTP site operations, maintenance, and asset care. You will perform maintenance, inspections, and minor installations across facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities include coordinating external contractors, managing preventive maintenance, and maintaining accurate records. You will work independently, prioritize urgent needs, and assist with on-call coverage as needed
