Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections and perform scheduled preventative maintenance;
Troubleshoot and replace basic mechanical components such as conveyor belts, idlers, pulleys, and water pumps;
Perform structural repairs and welding tasks including replacement of heavy wear-parts;
Adhere to MSHA and OSHA regulations and execute Lockout/Tagout protocols;
Record and maintain service logs and maintenance records for plant equipment
