- Support operation, inspection and maintenance processes for mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems
- Work as part of an engineering team of 3 supporting facility maintenance at a community in Indian Land, SC
- Complete painting, pressure washing, lighting system, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, locksmith and general maintenance tasks
- Maintain the CMMS work order system daily and complete service requests
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspection tasks
- Support on-call or emergency response situations, if applicable
- Troubleshoot all building systems
- Comply with safety procedures
- Participate in technical, safety and operational process training programs
- Complete other assigned projects and tasks
- 2+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
- Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive
- Strong customer service skills
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Demonstrates expertise in mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems maintenance and repair, with a strong focus on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Proficient in using CMMS for work order management and committed to safety and customer service excellence.
