• 2-3 years of HVAC experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with no major traffic incidents

Preferred:

• EPA Certification

This is a full-time opportunity during regular business hours. You'll work throughout a 45-mile service radius from our Concord, NC office, serving residential customers in the surrounding communities.

In this role, you play an important part in helping homeowners enjoy reliable indoor comfort by installing residential heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, and mini-split systems with precision and professionalism. Throughout your day, you use your expertise in duct sizing principles and ductwork techniques to complete installations according to plans, ensure systems operate efficiently, and maintain the high standards customers expect from Chad Love Services.

You utilize company technology to complete checklists, manage timesheets, and document work while staying connected with office staff and managers. You also install, maintain, modify, and repair HVAC control systems and associated equipment, all while prioritizing safety, code compliance, quality workmanship, and an outstanding customer experience.
