Johnston County Department of Social Services has an immediate opening for an Income Maintenance Caseworker II - Call Center. The selected candidate will interview clients applying for or recertifying for Food and Nutrition, Adult Medicaid, and Family & Children's Medicaid, entering information into the NC FAST system and performing third party verifications to determine eligibility.
Preference will be given to bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates, with the ability to communicate effectively
