Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As a Senior AI Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML products with a strong focus on improving patient care, team member and patient experience, and operational efficiency in healthcare. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including engineers, data scientists, architects, and product managers, to develop innovative AI/ML solutions and lead in Product Discovery and Delivery cycles.

• Design, build, and deploy AI- native products, focusing on Decision Intelligence, ML products, and improving operational and patient care outcomes.
• Develop scalable APIs, back-end solutions, and potentially Dev Ops pipelines.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices and fostering innovation.
• Collaborate with product teams, ensuring continuous improvement and quick iterations.

• Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of experience in full stack software engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.
• Expertise in Python, both front end and back end.
• Strong experience in AI product development, public cloud platforms, and deployment to production.
• Kubernetes experience in deployment and microservices within AI
• Dev Ops and Dev Sec Ops  experience
• Experience with LLMs and ML Ops pipelines.
• Integration experience in API, security, and microservices
• Experience working with multi-agent frameworks (such as Lang Graph, A2A protocol, etc)
• Experience working with Knowledge Graph
• Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance product performance.

• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
• Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with Epic or FHIR based integrations.
• Work with knowledge graphs (including Graph Rag)
• Experience anything in Azure and Data Bricks.
• Experience building out Deep Agents for tackling complex, multi-step tasks
