Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

Build scalable AI infrastructure and shape governance for cutting‑edge GenAI solutions while mentoring others and translating complex requirements into impactful software. Lead automation of model capacity, governance, and collaboration across engineering and product teams.

• Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.
• Write and review detailed specifications for the development of complex system components.
• Support GenAI development teams, manage model capacity, and maintain governance oversight.
• Complete complex bug fixes.
• Work closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.
• Implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.
• Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Resolve complex technical issues as necessary.

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of AI systems/vendors, models, capacity planning and provisioning.
• Strong understanding of AI governance and security best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong proficiency with data manipulation language including optimization techniques and data modeling principles.
• Expertise in development languages including but not limited to Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .Net.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams while mentoring others.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
