• Greeting our customers and ensuring they have a great experience while you fuel and wash vehicles
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to confirm tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items are in order
• Helping maintain a clean and safe facility environment for customers and associates
• Building your skills through training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and executing preventive maintenance repairs
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• The ability and willingness to work outside
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Compliance with Penske management instructions, guidelines, rules, and regulations
• Adherence to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies, including correct tool use and PPE
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
• Availability for driving Penske and customer vehicles, maintaining a DOT driver qualification file, completing required background checks, drug screening, and physical exam; CDL holders required to meet additional DOT drug screening and FMCSA review
• Willingness to work the required schedule, location, complete the employment application, and submit to background screening, drug screening, physical examination, and potential near‑geography travel for training

• Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended times during the work period
• Regular use of hands to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and operate required tools or controls
• Safe work at heights using ladders and elevated platforms
• Safe work in all weather conditions
• Ability to see and hear to navigate a workplace with large trucks
• Regular lifting or moving of up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasional lifting or moving of up to 100 lbs (45 kg); pushing/pulling truck tires that may exceed 100 lbs
