CDL A Delivery Driver

Position Overview

CDL A Delivery Driver at Gordon Food Service – located at 6200 Gordon Food Service Drive, Concord, NC. The role involves building relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more.

• Monday – Friday.
• Start time 2am–6am & work until the route is finished.
• Guaranteed minimum of $1,100 per week.
• Daily base pay plus component pay for each mile driven, stop made, and case delivered.

• Deliver food products to a variety of customers.
• Unloading cases up to 100lbs and operating a ramp and two‑wheel cart.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with customers.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and service standards.

• At least 21years of age.
• ClassA CDL license.
• Ability to operate a two‑wheel cart with loads of up to 350lbs.
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs throughout the shift.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Successful completion of a drug test (including marijuana) and a background check.
• Clean driving record in accordance with DOT and GFS standards.
• Registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent.
