Delivery Driver – Z&O Express Logistics

Company Description

Z&O Express Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is seeking reliable, safety-minded Delivery Drivers to join our team in Concord, NC. You will operate an Amazon-branded van to deliver packages to customer locations across the local community.

• Package Delivery:
  Efficiently load, transport, and deliver up to 200 stops per day with customer satisfaction and safely as top priority.

• Safe Driving:
  Operate delivery vehicles safely, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.

• Vehicle Maintenance:
  Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and keep equipment clean and organized.

• Technology Use:
  Navigate routes, record delivery details, and communicate issues using company-provided devices.

• Age & License:
  Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Physical Capability:
  Ability to move physically active throughout 10-hour shifts, including lifting/carrying packages up to 50 lbs, walking 5–7 miles, and climbing stairs.

• Availability:
  Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

• Reliability:
  Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and reliable personal transportation to the delivery station.

• Screening:
  Must consent to a standard background check and drug screen.
