We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lumper to join our team. As a Lumper, you will be responsible for handling and moving materials within a warehouse setting.
Responsibilities- Load and unload boxes from trailers or containers (10-50lbs)
- Sort, stack, and organize products and materials
- Use equipment such as pallet jacks to move materials
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures, including OSHA standards
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members
Production pay style (The more you do, the more you make)
- Paid per trailer completed.
- Average lumper expected to complete 3 trailers.
- Average lumper expected to make $150-$200 in a normal day. (More if you are fast/can do more)
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Familiarity with safe lifting/handling techniques
- Proficient in physical labor
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
