Schedule
Monday– Friday 5AM - 1:30PM or until the work is completed, overtime expected.
OverviewWarehouse Operations ensures an uninterrupted flow of life‑saving drugs through the medical supply chain. You will receive and fulfill orders so our customers can have the products they need to take care of their patients.
Qualifications- Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for an entire 8‑hour or longer shift.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Comfortable working at heights of 25‑30 feet regularly.
- Self‑motivated with ability to work in a team‐oriented environment with limited supervision.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility/adaptability with good multi‑tasking skills.
- Previous radio frequency (RF) scanner and/or voice‑to‑pick experience and/or material handling equipment (MHE) preferred.
- Experience with technologies such as computers or point of sale systems, a plus.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.

- Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, inputting product information into a computer, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Cross‑train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed (order picking, outbound dock, renal fluid packing, IV fluid packing, automated storage and retrieval system).
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks; maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Wear personal protective equipment such as steel‑toed safety shoes and a material handling harness.
- Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty (order picker, pacer/counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack, walk‑ie rider).
- Apply acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks; learn new methods as assigned.
- Maintain appropriate licenses, training and certifications.
- Work on routine assignments that require problem resolution; refer complex problems to supervisor.
- Adhere to all quality guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Work under moderate supervision; output is reviewed by a work lead or supervisor.
