Location:
Lincolnton, NC 28092 / Concord, NC 28027
Description:
- Manage daily operations of the Personnel performing Tier 1 picking and packing Services (“Tier 1 Pick-Pack team”) and handle escalations from the team
- Ensure the team maintains a clean site and work environment
- Ensure all processes and procedures are followed on-site by the Tier 1 Pick-Pack team
- Ensure failed orders are being reported to the customer support team
- Facilitate partner success by providing support as required to partners on-site
- Build sustainable relationships with partners through open communication
- Perform order fulfilment and package loading
- Communicate urgent issues to the client’s customer designated site manager and client’s customer team
