Warehouse Worker

NCW is hiring Warehouse Workers to support our Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement clients within Warehouse & Manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you'll pick, pack, load, unload, and move materials, using pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners to keep inventory accurate and orders on time. You'll follow safety and quality standards while working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and labeling
• Operate warehouse equipment and RF scanners safely
• Follow safety, quality, and 5
• S/housekeeping standards
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and put-away of materials
• Report damages, shortages, and inventory issues to supervisors
• Collaborate with warehouse and manufacturing teams to meet deadlines
