Warehouse & Inventory Lead

Mr. Electric of Charlotte Metro

Full-Time | On-Site

Do you enjoy creating order and making sure things run the way they should?

Are you the person who notices when something is running low, out of place, or falling behind before everyone else does?

Do you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and making sure a team has what they need to get the job done?

If so, you may be exactly who we're looking for.

Mr. Electric of Charlotte Metro is looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive Warehouse & Inventory Lead to help lead the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, inventory, material readiness, and field-support systems.

This is a hands-on leadership position working alongside our existing warehouse support team. We aren't looking for someone who wants to manage from behind a desk. We need someone who is comfortable setting priorities, jumping in when needed, following through, and helping create accountability.

Our warehouse and inventory systems are currently being updated and streamlined with increased automation, standardized procedures, and improved inventory controls. You'll help oversee these systems, make sure they're being followed consistently, and identify opportunities to make them even better.

Why You Should Join Our Team You’ll Have the Opportunity to Make an Impact

Your work directly affects the success of our Electrical Service Professionals and Installers in the field. When materials are organized, stocked, staged, and ready, our entire team operates better.

We’re Investing in Better Systems

We’re actively improving our inventory-management processes through technology, automation, standardized truck stock, and clearer procedures. You won’t be walking into a warehouse without a plan. We’re building the systems, and you’ll help us make sure they work every day.

You’ll Be Part of a Team

This isn’t a one-person warehouse operation. You’ll work alongside existing warehouse support staff and collaborate with our office and field teams to keep things moving.

We Want Someone Who Can Help Us Get Better

We value people who notice problems, communicate them, and help find practical solutions. We want you to follow our systems, but we also want someone who isn’t afraid to say, "There might be a better way to do this."

  • Help ensure field material requests are acknowledged and completed with urgency

  • Help ensure Service Professionals and Installers have the materials they need before scheduled work
  • Identify and address recurring issues that lead to unnecessary supply-house trips
  • Communicate proactively when materials are unavailable, delayed, or require another solution
