United Talent Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Concord, NC.
This is a physically demanding position requiring constant movement and repetitive lifting of products weighing approximately 50–75 pounds. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, works well with others, provides excellent customer service, and is interested in a long-term opportunity.
Please note:
While working as a temporary associate, this position will not operate forklifts or company vehicles. Driving and forklift responsibilities may only be assigned after conversion to the client’s full-time workforce and completion of all required training and qualifications.
- Unload and inspect incoming products, primarily by hand.
- Frequently lift and move products weighing 50–75 pounds.
- Pull, stage, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with inventory counts and damage control.
- Identify and report damaged products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily responsibilities.
- Follow all company and warehouse safety procedures.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to perform repetitive lifting of 50–75 pounds throughout the shift.
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Must be able to remain active and on their feet for most of the workday.
- Must be able to read and speak English.
- Must demonstrate a history of reliable and steady employment.
- Strong teamwork, dependability, and customer-service skills are required.
- Must be interested in a stable, long-term opportunity.
- Operate forklifts after completing the client’s required training and certification.
- Make deliveries using a 26-foot box truck.
- Complete applicable DOT requirements, which may include a physical, background screening, and motor vehicle record review.
- Meet the client’s driver qualification and driving-record standards.
