Staff Auditor

Location:

Centerbrook, CT. Seeking Staff Auditors with 0-2 years of federal accounting and/or auditing experience. Must possess a bachelor’s or advanced degree and be willing to travel up to 50% of the year to audit locations across the U.S.

• Perform various auditing and/or accounting services in accordance with AICPA Professional Standards and Government Auditing Standards.
• Prepare work papers with detailed attention to accuracy and professionalism, documenting conclusions, and prepare appropriate reports/documentation.
• Perform duties as instructed for contract or program specific consulting services, including ensuring timely arrival at assigned office or client site and having necessary documentation and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of time and expenses to ensure proper billing of clients.
• Complete project and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Exhibit excellent attendance and strong time‑management skills to meet deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of firm and client information.

• 0‑2 years of federal accounting and/or auditing experience.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree required.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Confidentiality and professionalism in handling firm and client data.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the year nationwide.
