Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the monthly close process, including preparation and review of journal entries and reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support external audits and assist with tax-related filings and documentation
- Compile, analyze, and distribute standard and ad-hoc financial reports and KPIs
- Assist with financial analysis for periodic business reviews
- Contribute to documentation and enhancement of accounting policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
