Compliance & Reporting Manager

Salary: $130-150k + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Compliance & Reporting Manager:

Oversee and manage U.S. tax compliance processes, including investor K-1 reporting and tax return reviews. Coordinate information gathering and reporting with accounting teams, joint ventures, and external tax advisors. Manage federal and state tax notices, registrations, and compliance tracking systems. Support audit and year-end reporting requirements, including ASC 740 and FIN 48 analyses. Lead ongoing REIT compliance activities, testing, elections, and due diligence processes.

Manage transfer pricing analyses and assist with special tax projects and initiatives.

Qualifications for the Compliance & Reporting Manager:

5+ years of tax experience, ideally including public accounting exposure. CPA or CPA candidate preferred. Experience with private equity fund structures and partnership tax reporting. Background managing complex tax compliance engagements and reviewing federal/state tax filings.
