A well-established fiduciary services provider is seeking a Trust Administration & Compliance Specialist to join its Essex-based team. This position combines traditional trust administration support (similar to a paralegal function) with department-level accounts compliance responsibilities, offering exposure to a broad range of trust and estate services. The role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated to build a career in trust administration and fiduciary compliance.
CompensationBase pay range
: $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Annual Bonus
- Act as the primary administrator for assigned trust accounts, coordinating with trust officers, internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of account administration in accordance with governing trust documents
- Provide support for specialized account types, including life insurance trusts and probate-supervised trusts
- Manage the organization, review, and follow-up of annual account reviews, preparing materials for trust officer and committee oversight
- Review the setup and ongoing maintenance of special assets, including closely held businesses, private equity, and account-owned real estate
- Liaise with insurance agents, property managers, and other external professionals to ensure proper administration and compliance
- Experience in trust administration, paralegal work, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs
- Professional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Familiarity with fiduciary compliance, probate, or special asset administration is a plus
