* The HR Admin provides essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function and site operations. This role supports onboarding, HR data management, employee communications, wellness initiatives, and general office and production administrative tasks. The position is part-time with an estimated schedule of 17 - 25 hours per week.

** Our Division:*
* ITW Seats & Motion, a division within the Automotive Segment of ITW, designs and manufactures innovative seating and motion solutions for global customers. While serving leading automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers, we also support the office furniture and stadium seating markets. Our expertise includes seating adjustment systems and motion-control technologies such as viscous dampers, air dampers, and latching systems that enhance comfort, safety, and performance across a variety of applications.

* Key Responsibilities:

* ** HR Support*
* + Assist with employee onboarding as needed

+ Enter and update HRIS changes

+ Support Open Enrollment activities

+ Support HR communications, policy updates, and general employee inquiries or site issues

+ Coordinate and support wellness initiatives and employee engagement programs

** Data Entry & Reporting*
* + Enter safety-related data into tracking systems

+ Input production data into ERP systems (scrap, production metrics, etc.)

+ Maintain production efficiency tracking and reporting tools

+ Support PO creation and Accounts Receivable entries in ERP system

** Office & Operational Support*
* + Order office, production floor, and vending supplies as needed

+ Stock and maintain vending machines

+ Provide general administrative support across departments as required

** Qualifications*
* + 1 - 3 years of administrative or HR experience preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

+

Experience with HRIS (Workday) and/or ERP systems

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

** Compensation Information:*
* $22 - $25
