Job Summary:

• Adhere to all BOE policies and other co‑curricular policies and regulations
• Gain approval and use all required paperwork for events, fund raisers, field trips, and other events/activities
• Maintain, review, and revise organization’s by‑laws
• Ensure student participation on Board of Education
• Attend local, regional, and/or state Student Council conferences
• Schedule and facilitate weekly officer & committee meetings
• Schedule and hold monthly full‑council meetings
• Complete all necessary and pertinent paperwork with administrative approval
• Chaperone all dances, events and field trips
• Organize and run both Bloodmobiles
• Set‑up picture day schedule and make notifications
• Organize and coordinate the annual Adopt‑A‑Child fundraiser
• Fill out and file all financial forms
• Organize recruitment procedures in the fall
• Plan teacher appreciation activities
• Report to co‑coordinator yearly
