WhatYou’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Coordinate, build, and optimize daily and weekly schedules for field nurses and clinical staff.
- Assign patient visits strategically based on geographic location, clinician availability, and specific patient needs.
- Manage daily scheduling adjustments on the fly (handling call-outs, urgent new admissions, and route changes).
- Serve as the primary bridge between clinicians, patients, families, and internal office teams.
- Collaborate with the intake team to ensure swift, seamless coverage for all new patient referrals.
- Keep our scheduling systems up-to-date, accurate, and compliant.
- A reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented individual looking for long-term professional growth and stability.
- Proven background in healthcare administration or coordination. Experience specifically within home health care or utilizing Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) software is a massive plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the confidence to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Comfortable navigating digital scheduling platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and standard office software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred (but not required).
