Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 + Annual Bonus

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, supporting board activities, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Responsibilities- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and priorities
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and organize meeting materials
- Take and distribute meeting minutes, utilizing technology and AI tools when appropriate
- Assist with board meeting coordination and related administrative functions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive correspondence
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Assist with light HR, legal, and governance-related administrative tasks
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience
- Experience supporting C-suite executives, senior leadership, or board-level functions
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presence with outstanding interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern workplace technologies
- Experience with board support, legal administration, HR coordination, or corporate governance is a plus
- Proactive and resourceful
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional, confident, and approachable
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Strong communicator who can interact effectively with executives and stakeholders
- Demonstrated career stability and commitment
