To provide persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities an exciting camp experience by providing the support and assistance needed.

• Successfully complete required pre‑employment Background and Drug Screenings.
• Preferably possess a Valid Driver’s License that meets company standards for approved driver status.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in written and oral English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (if required by work location).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Beginning June 15, attend a mandatory four‑day training course.
• Beginning June 22, attend a mandatory two‑hour weekly training session every Monday throughout the camp season.
• Provide continuous engagement, support, and guidance to ensure each camper can participate in camp activities to the best of their ability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, healthy, and supportive environment by actively monitoring campers, remaining attentive to potential risk, and taking proactive measures to safeguard each camper’s health, safety, and well‑being.
• Duties include:
  • Hygiene care and assistance with showering, bathing, and toileting.
  • Oral care.
  • Dressing.
  • Assistance with meals and feeding.
  • Any additional care required.
• Willingness to participate in any additional responsibilities to support the overall success of the camp program as necessary.

This position will remain open until filled. The company is a drug‑free workplace. All candidates must submit to a pre‑employment drug screening after receiving a conditional offer of employment. A positive confirmed screening or refusal to submit will result in withdrawal of the conditional job offer. Direct support roles within this organization are mandated reporters and must report any instances of abuse, neglect, or exploitation that they witness or are involved in.
