Job Description

DEXIS is seeking a Program Manager / Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of our 2D software and IoT portfolio. The role requires full ownership of end-to-end delivery, from concept to commercial launch and post-release support.

The successful candidate will work at the intersection of agility and regulatory rigor, managing cross‑functional, multi‑site teams in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include:

• End‑to‑end delivery – orchestrate cross‑functional teams through the full product development lifecycle, ensuring on‑time, on‑specification, on‑cost delivery.
• Team protection and execution – shield engineering from interruptions, enforce clear scoping, and drive issues to closure with RACI governance.
• Compliance and audit readiness – lead design control processes, maintain risk sequencing, validation planning, and serve as the primary interface to QA/RA.
• Post‑release ownership – manage post‑release escalation, triage, root‑cause analysis, and feedback into future development cycles.
• Continuous improvement – champion delivery excellence, introduce emerging tools (e.g., AI) to improve planning, documentation, and delivery outcomes.
• Adaptability – contribute where the program needs additional support.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years in new product development, with 3–5 years leading cross‑functional teams in a regulated environment.
• Experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Program Manager in regulated software or medical device development.
• Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 820/Part 11, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and equivalent standards.
• Comfortable with technical discussions and software/IoT solutions; ability to challenge assumptions without being a domain expert.
• Proficiency with Agile and waterfall/phase‑gate methodologies; SAFe, PMP, or PgMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools.
• 4 days per week required onsite at the Quakertown, PA facility.
