Housing Specialist

Position: Housing Specialist (06491)

Housing Specialist opening in Danbury, CT. $25 hr – 4-day work week – 35 hours. Temp-to-hire opportunity!

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate resident files and coordinate move-ins and move-outs

· Support resident needs and coordinate maintenance requests

· Schedule and track unit inspections

· Manage delinquent accounts and post charges and credits

· Monitor vacant units and coordinate with admissions and maintenance teams

· Meet with residents as needed to address questions or concerns

Qualifications

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Minimum 3 years of administrative or office experience

· Previous property management experience required

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

· Professional demeanor with patience and strong interpersonal skills

· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

· Valid driver's license required

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM (35 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
