Position Overview

Step into a full-time Account Manager opportunity earning $40K–$45K annually + performance bonuses with an award-winning luxury pool company serving elite clients for over 30 years.

Pay Range: $40K - $45K A Year! Base + Performance Bonus

Compensation Breakdown:

  • Hourly Rate: $19 - $21 Based on experience!
  • Annually: $40K - $45K A Year! Base + Performance Bonus
  • Performance based bonuses

Schedule:

  • Full-Time, In-Office
  • Monday - Friday 8 hour shift
  • Rotating Saturdays

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional, friendly phone demeanor
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced office
  • Comfortable using email, scheduling software, and basic office systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
Preferred
  • Prior customer service or office experience
  • Experience in a home services or swimming pool company
  • Familiarity with scheduling or dispatching technicians
Position Responsibilities

Customer Communication

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional, friendly manner
  • Assist customers with questions about pool services, maintenance, scheduling, and general inquiries
  • Communicate timelines and expectations clearly
  • Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when needed

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule service appointments, repairs, and inspections
  • Coordinate between customers, service technicians, and field teams
  • Update schedules as needed due to weather, staffing, or project changes
  • Confirm appointments and follow up as required

Administrative Support

  • Enter and update customer information accurately
  • Maintain organized customer records, service notes, and work order files
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and documentation as needed
  • Support office staff with general administrative tasks
  • Maintaining current client base
