Seasonal MaintenanceJob duties include but are not limited to: cleaning sites and grounds, general landscaping, escorting guests to site, general labor and general minor repairs. Previous maintenance experience helpful but not required, on the job training will be provided. Although not required a CDL Class A w/Tanker endorsement is a big plus! This is a seasonal position which will run until October 31st with the possibility of hours into November depending on weather.
Must be flexible with hours of availability as nights, holidays and weekends are required.
Job duties include but are not limited to: preparing food to order, ensuring that standards of quality and cleanliness are adhered to, following established standard recipes. Prior cooking or cashier experience a plus, serv-safe certification a big plus!
Front Desk / ReservationJob duties include but are not limited to: taking reservations via phone and in person, stocking and organizing retail space, cashiering retail transactions, answering general questions about the resort and local area. Training on our specialized software will be provided however previous retail and/or reservation/front desk experience a plus.
Activities CoordinatorJob duties include but are not limited to: organizing and executing our activities, finding new and exciting crafts and activities, directly assisting our campers in our activities, interacting with both our campers and entertainers, creating our activities fliers weekly, keeping inventory of activities crafts and supplies and organization of the activities storage area. The ideal candidate will have previous activities experience and/or experience with a wide age group of children, must be focused on providing outstanding customer service and knowledgeable in rules for some sports (volleyball, basketball, etc).
CleaningCrew
Job duties include but are not limited to: cleaning our 3 bath houses, 2 laundry rooms, rental units and other buildings. This position typically runs from Late April/May thru September/October. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Workamper ProgramThe workamper program has been a huge success for many years at Odetah and we have built many strong relationships with our workampers. Odetah is a very busy destination camping resort with a strong reputation for service and cleanliness. This level of success can be attributed to the hard work and energy our employees bring each and every season.
