About this role
The BI Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting teams to measure and enhance operational quality and efficiency as part of continuous improvement initiatives. This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for developing robust BI and data structures. The BI Analyst leverages data analysis and visualization tools to monitor, refine, and optimize processes and systems in partnership with internal subject‑matter experts.
WhatYou'll Do
- Solve complex problems and effectively manage ambiguity and unexpected changes
- Analyze large volumes of data and develop insights dashboards for C‑Suite and senior leadership
- Conduct fact‑based analyses to address and resolve identified issues across business units
- Utilize emerging technologies to devise strategies and solutions that enhance business productivity
- Develop, perform, and provide reporting and detailed analyses to improve processes and systems across functions, ensuring sustainable scalability of data
- 1‑3 years business/analysis experience preferred
- Hands‑on experience with designing and developing reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation
- Strong ability to work with large quantities of detailed data from multiple sources
- Experience with AI tools and techniques to enhance data analysis and reporting
- PowerPoint and think‑cell charting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, power query, automation/macros)
- Strong critical thinking or creative problem‑solving skills
- Exceptional analytic skills and attention to detail
- Excellent ability to understand business processes
- Strong ability to manage constantly shifting priorities and requirements; able to solve complex problems and manage ambiguity and unexpected change
- Ability to research and implement new processes and programs toward automation and efficiency improvements
- Strong initiative and willingness to take on projects proactively
- Motivated, high‑potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead
- Teachable and embracing best practices and feedback for continuous improvement
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening skills
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills
Base salary range: 64,000 USD – 87,000 USD. Additional compensation includes an annual bonus plan or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Benefits include generous PTO, a 401(k) match up to 7,200 USD per year, opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
