  • Lead marine crews and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to meet production goals
  • Maintain full compliance with project specs, safety requirements, and environmental regulations
  • Interface with project management, engineering, and estimating teams on sequencing and constructability
  • Manage marine access planning, equipment mobilization, and temporary marine structures
  • Track field performance and contribute to post-project evaluations and lessons learned

  • 10+ years of experience in deep foundation and drilled shaft construction
  • 5+ years of leadership experience on marine or over-water construction sites
  • Proven expertise supervising barge- or trestle-based operations
  • Strong understanding of marine construction equipment, logistics, and safety
  • Experience working on heavy civil infrastructure such as bridges, rail, or transit systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead crews, coordinate complex field operations, and deliver results under pressure
Nice-to-Haves as the Marine Superintendent:
  • Hands-on experience with shafts up to 10 feet in diameter
  • Previous work on major marine or rail bridge projects
  • Background with top-tier specialty foundation contractors
Benefits Offered:
  • Competitive base salary based on experience
  • High bonus potential at the Superintendent level
  • Relocation support and compensation tailored to individual needs
  • Comprehensive benefits package including:
    • Enhanced 401(k) with company match
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • Paid time off and holidays
  • Career path stability and the chance to transition to future large-scale projects
  • A relationship-driven leadership team within a financially strong and growing construction group
