We are recruiting an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team in a full-time, year-round leadership role
. This position works closely with a Production Manager to lead crews and deliver commercial landscape construction projects safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.
The Construction Foreman leads field crews on commercial landscape installation projects including planting, drainage, hardscape, lighting, and irrigation. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for daily job site execution, crew development, safety compliance, and production efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise crews with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
Enforce company, client, and safety standards on all job sites
Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
Read and execute construction and landscape plans
Monitor production efficiency and labor budgets
Perform quality control and proactively resolve issues
Train, mentor, and develop crew members
Communicate effectively with Production Managers and clients
Support job start-up, change orders, and “Start Clean, Finish Clean” standards

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent
Prior leadership experience in landscaping or construction
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of job site safety practices
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
Licenses & CertificationsValid driver’s license required
Industry-related certifications a plus
- OSHA 30 (Strongly Preferred)
