Are you an experienced construction estimator with exceptional communication, math, and critical thinking skills? We’re looking to hire a skilled estimation professional to assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs.
Responsibilities- Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers.
- Provide accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs.
- Evaluate proposals, specifications, blueprints, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole.
- Calculate construction materials, product costs, labor, and time to estimate overall cost for construction projects.
- Extensive experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and construction estimating software.
- Excellent project management, time-management, and communication skills are necessary.
- Analytical skills, critical thinking, and very strong math skills are essential.
- Three years of experience in the construction industry in project estimating or construction management.
$90,000 per year
