We're looking for a creative, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team as a Graphic Artist and Social Media Content Creator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys graphic design, photography, social media, and video content creation—and wants the opportunity to expand their skills in videography and video production.

This is a high‑energy environment where our team genuinely loves what they do and takes pride in the products we recommend, sell, and install for our clients. We're looking for someone with a "get it done" mentality who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and isn't afraid to learn new skills.

• Collaborate directly with customers and our sales team to understand design preferences and project goals.
• Create realistic fireplace and outdoor living renderings using customer photos and stock interior images.
• Use Photoshop and other design tools to create photo‑realistic mockups that help customers visualize their projects.
• Maintain an organized digital library of designs, renderings, photos, and marketing assets.
• Deliver a white‑glove customer experience by helping bring each client's vision to life.

• Develop, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, and other platforms.
• Create engaging graphics, posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
• Write captions and content that align with our brand voice and engage our audience.
• Monitor trends, performance metrics, and competitor activity to help grow our online presence.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to promote events, product launches, and special campaigns.

• Capture photo and video content in our showroom, warehouse, outdoor living displays, job sites, customer homes, trade shows, and company events.
• Assist in filming product demonstrations, installations, customer testimonials, educational videos, and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Edit videos for social media, You Tube, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Help tell the story of our company, products, customers, and team through compelling visual content.

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, or similar creative tools.
• Strong eye for design, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed.

• Experience with photography and videography.
• Experience editing short‑form and long‑form video content.
• Familiarity with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and video production workflows.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, You Tube Studio, and social media analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce, Shopify, or other marketing and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of the hearth, outdoor living, construction, or home improvement industries.

Videography and video editing experience are a major plus, but not required. If you're creative, motivated, and eager to learn, we'll provide hands‑on training with our in‑house team. We are looking for the right person first and foremost—someone who is excited to grow with us and help tell our story.
