Operates multi-position console and other communication systems to process calls and ensures accurate and timely hospital communications are facilitated;
Provides exceptional customer service and answers all calls in a prompt and professional manner, utilizing the approved greeting;
Performs emergency procedures in a calm and timely manner answering emergency code calls within 2 rings;
Acknowledges all guests entering the lobby with a sincere greeting, always projecting an approachable and professional image;
Maintains the privacy and confidentiality of all patients and guests
