• Welcome and exit members with confidence, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate member needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all members.
• Provide gracious, efficient telephone service: answer calls promptly and with complete, accurate information.
• Use strong communication and problem‑solving skills to resolve customer concerns and ensure a pleasant experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver prompt, efficient customer service while maintaining high accuracy in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Hands‑on experience accepting payments, giving change, and issuing receipts.
• Drive revenue by communicating and demonstrating benefits of products and special promotions to customers.
• Answer customer questions and provide business procedure and policy information accurately and customer‑friendly.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Solid work ethic with strong decision‑making and problem‑resolution skills.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and supervision.
• Comfortable working a flexible rotating schedule.
• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, and energetic.

Ability to talk and hear, sit, stand, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel. Must stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and sometimes up to 75 pounds.

• 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of face‑to‑face customer service experience in a retail environment required, or 1 year of fitness experience preferred.

• Weekday and/or weekend hours based on club needs; discuss availability with hiring manager or note on application.
• Open or flexible availability is a plus.
