Responsibilities- Provide dental services to patients with the support of the team.
- Maintain the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure.
- Other certifications as required (e.g., CPR, DEA).
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- Compassion and strong desire to provide care to both children and adults.
- Willing and able to cover the geographic area listed below.
Geographic coverage: 144 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06610; 1888 Main St, Hartford, CT 06120; 105 Myrtle St, New Britain, CT 06051; 531 Elm St, New Haven, CT 06511; 738 Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT 06705; 1070 St James Ave, Springfield, MA 01104.
