Responsibilities Include
- Delivering direct patient care such as scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under general dentist supervision.
- Providing oral hygiene education and assessing patient dental and medical histories.
- Guiding patients and parents through treatment processes and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Assisting with charting, taking x-rays, and offering excellent customer service to enhance patient experiences.
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA with hands-on skills assessment.
- Teamwork, mutual respect, and a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to educate, assess, and provide memorable patient care.
