Killingly Dental Care is seeking an exceptional Associate Dentist who is passionate about comprehensive dentistry, advanced technology, and delivering an outstanding patient experience.
This is not a high-volume drill-and-fill position. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys diagnosis, treatment planning, digital workflows, interdisciplinary care, and helping patients achieve long-term health and aesthetic outcomes.

We are seeking a dentist who:

Experience or strong interest in:
- Comprehensive restorative dentistry
- Cosmetic dentistry and smile design
- Digital dentistry and CAD/CAM workflows
- Surgical procedures
- Implant planning and placement
- Endodontic treatments
- Implant restoration
- Full-mouth rehabilitation
- Occlusion and treatment planning
- Airway and sleep-focused dentistry
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary care
- DMD or DDS degree
- Active Connecticut dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred
- CPR/BLS/NPI certifications
- Deep understanding of modern dental standards and trends, truly believe in our values of Complete Health Dentistry
- Advanced CE through Spear, Kois, Dawson, Pankey, implant, cosmetic, restorative, or equivalent programs strongly preferred
